I have noticed over the past year or so that the quality and commitment to excellence to their products has definitely deteriorated..Their coffee urns are routinely luke warm or empty. My last trip to this or any other Panera was because of a Corporate decision to reduce their already paltry bacon,egg and Asiago on a ciabotta. It is now down to 2 of the thinnest pieces of bacon..Their prices go up and their amounts and service goes way down..I have been a loyal customer and sipper club member. They can keep the remainder of my membership. There are so many other places that are creating wonderful relationships with their customers instead of wringing out as much money from their customers and just giving them the cheapest product that they can get away with...

I told her I wasn't looking for more money; I just wanted to deliver to the right location. When I arrived, I saw the big "8076" right above the door. She didn't even want to confront me directly and sent another employee to deal with me instead. When I tried to explain to that employee that the address was wrong, she snappily responded with, "So?" It's frustrating dealing with young employees like that. You know what's better than the tip she never should have offered? A good attitude would have been worth more than any money.
