Outdoor seating areas aren't ideal in Florida due to the hot weather. If you plan to do a lot of shopping here, be prepared to sweat under the sun with all your bags. Installing fans would make this place much more enjoyable for shoppers. View all feedback.
This mall has it all. If you have an afternoon take the time to go shopping. Most stores have great pricing. Very well kept and clean. Food is available, from your quick food to sit down restaurants. A nice way to spend an afternoon.
Nice outdoor outlet mall. Has fun unique restaurants like Fords Garage. All the typical brands. The atmosphere is pleasant with many water features. The turtles and fish make it a great place. Parking can be a challenge.
Perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather while hunting for a good deal. We especially love stopping by the Express and Kate Spade outlets!
Great place to shop , all the stores we love. Very clean , fun for the entire family.
Two of my favorite places to shop are here in one place Van Husen and Levi's. If you love shopping it is a great outdoor mall to practically spend the whole day there. Places to eat and drink and sit to people watch are plenty. Bring good walking shoes as there is a lot to walk.Update Feb 2023:Repeat visit, disappointed to learn all Van Husen stores are closed. Despite that there is a lot of variety that still exists. Unfortunately we were not there when they have live bands playing on weekends.The fish and turtle pond/fountain are a hit with kids and adults alike.
