The dining experience was excellent, however, there was a mix-up with our order during the ordering process. Despite the mistake between the staff and the kitchen, the customer service was excellent. View all feedback.
They brought me the wrong order and insisted that I pay for it. Not a chance in hell I’d ever order what they brought me. Would never recommend this place in esterhazy
Was passing through town on a freezing cold day, and went in for some soup for lunch. First went to the washroom to wash up, and it smelled really bad. Ordered the “beef barley” soupand was served barley soup with cut up burgers. Had a couple bites and then cut one of the burger pieces in half to find it raw. Cut open a couple more, and same thing. The waitress never came back to check on things, so had to flag her down to let her know the soup wasn’t edible. Was still starving, so ordered a regular poutine, which was nothing special. Go to pay and she informs me that she’s taken 15% off for the inedible soup. Not going back.
Sat in there for 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged me Service: 1
My son and I came in to have a later supper at 7pm. We sat in the dining area of the restaurant for over 12min. and still no one came to take our order! I know that working as a server is hard for most. But we sat there listening to the two girls working the bar area joking around. There were only 2 people in the bar area! Not impressed! Giving a 2 star is being nice! The manager needs to have a good discussion with there eve staff...
