Esterel Resort

The spas and the counter service are so good. The rooms are okayy we had a problem with the sofa bed but when we asked they changed immediately the room and the next one we had a problem with the bathroom door handel but it was repaired immediately, really elegant i loved the renovations. The food is really good also. There are so many activities to do, and they re affordable. But it is more the other services like a lady in the restaurant shouted on us in front other guests and refused to give us an omlet in an open buffet breakfast because we already have eggs in our plate and if you parked somewhere wrong for 4 min the valet will start shouting and knocking loudly on the door. But my overall experience for the first time is okay, but i won't do it another time at the last minute with the price we paid. We loved our stay at the Esterel and we will definitely come back. Very nice location. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Very nice room. We had dinner at ROK and loved our experience. Woooow the staff also celebrated our anniversary with our dessert. Very nice attention from our waitress Claudiane!! All the staff were nice. We recommend the Esterel for a stay surrounded by nature. Food drinks: We had the Angus filet mignon dinner with shrimp on volcanic stone. Appetizer: scallop, peach and a little mayonnaise. Salad starter for my partner and I chose the crab cake. For dessert we chose the chocolate mousse and ice cream. The next day we had a buffet lunch woooow lots of choice. A little disappointed after several months of waiting for a free weekend, I expected better. The facade is poorly maintained and rusty, a bathrobe in the room but no slippers, not the slightest bottle of water on arrival in the room, hotel restaurant not available because reserved for a group...I was asked to go and celebrate my birthday further away.
