Twice drivers have almost crashed I to me locally. A few months back their electric delivery car went through a stop sign at full speed and almost hit my car. We both stopped suddenly. Today, their driver went round a corner much too fast, while using his phone. He was very close to knocking me over with my daughter. He had to jump out of the way to avoid him.
