Above the expectations on all fronts: from the welcome and warmth transmitted by the young staff, to the exciting culinary path, to the pleasant greeting at the table of the two excellent chefs. Incalm represents the ability to be elegant without being formal; to be innovative without being excessive; to serve pleasantly elaborate dishes containing territory and tradition. What about the quality of the ingredients: unexceptionable! Really good, really good. We now wait for spring to return and experience a new path. This evening we were accompanied to discover the Bacello menu with 7 courses all well balanced and well accompanied by a particular selection of glasses. Incalm deserves all the success he's having.

In addition to delicious food, exceptional service and cozy atmosphere have made the evening even more enjoyable. Each flow served was a masterpiece of delicate flavors and impeccable presentation. Each bite was an explosion of flavors that blended harmoniously, creating a unique taste symphony. The care and passion with which each dish was prepared were evident in every taste. All this has been enhanced by an impeccable choice of wines. I can't help but mention the cozy and refined atmosphere that the restaurant is able to offer. The elegant furnishings and well-chosen background music have helped create an atmosphere of relaxation and intimacy, perfect for an unforgettable evening. I can't wait to get back.
