Red Fire American Grill - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Red Fire American Grill:
Ordered and never served. It is not the Hostess Server Cook Cashier error! Apparently, the company is too cheap to rent additional help as it only one person wore various hats. Had been to Stingers on the Waterfront before, but closed on Mondays so Google Maps showed Red Fire American Grill which we visited tonight. Inside the Clarion Hotel near the airport, we went in, was told to sit wherever we wanted and our server was very nice, not overly friendly, but still polite.
