Bad customer service. Ordered here because it?s down the street from my house. Got home with my food and it was incorrect. Which is okay, people make mistakes. Here?s what got me?. I called to tell them about it to have my order corrected and she proceeded to hold the phone away and argue with someone else about the order. I'm usually very picky with Chinese food but the food here is really good and fresh.
Everything you get is always fresh and hot! They do their best to get you in and out as quick as possible! Affordable prices for good food!
They is disrespectful when I called and the delivery driver is so rude and threw my food at me all because I didn’t have enough money to tip him. Don’t go here
Horrible customer service! I had an issue with my shrimp toast and kindly called to get a refund or something in exchange and was told no and left on the phone until I eventually hung up. I've never had shrimp toast without the shrimp inside! I will never order from them again.
The food got here in a decent time.We were missing a rice.The wontons were practically empty and over cooked.
