Whenever I get to town, my first station is usually here for crabcakes. I've been here since Jads. I was a little concerned when they changed property and feared that they would drop crab cake from their menu, as it turned into a steak house. But so far they have still served some of the best crab cakes in Essex. It is never crowded when I go there, so I hope they get enough customers to stay in business! View all feedback.
The salmon steak was outstanding (I ordered mine without honey). However, my partner's beef steak had a bitter taste, likely due to being overcooked.

My parents visit during the day, and they absolutely love this place. They leave by 3 PM, so I can't speak to the evening staff, but they have great things to say about the daytime team and enjoy all the food.
Food is good, clean facility, friendly staff reasonable prices! I love their cheesesteaks!
