Just ordered (24/03 around 5:30) a lychee mocktail on Ubereats and they sent a passionfruit one. I’m very allergic to passionfruit (sensed it as soon as I received it) and now I have to drain the entire $14 drink down the drain. Called them up and was told that they didn’t have lychee so they sent this without even asking me about it. Then they’re asking if I live closeby, which I do but I chose not to go out today hence Ubereats!! Then I’m suggested coming in any other day for a free drink and I ask if they’ll have the lychee drink then and their answer is NO, this drink have been out of menu for SIX months now and is still on ubereats. I was like this is very misleading and they say that they’ll let their manager know about it and hangs up on me. I have been in every side of hospitality (customer service, management, ubereats) so I never would want to harm a store’s ratings unless I’m absolutely forced to.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a satisfying lunch!
