We managed to snag a table at the last minute. The service was incredibly friendly. Everything runs like clockwork here, even without many words. Great team. The food, especially the spare ribs, was fantastic once again. Highly recommended. Don't forget to make a reservation. And there's another parking lot across the street if it gets crowded.
Very nice and friendly staff. The food was incredibly delicious and there was a lot of it. Excellent value for money.
We ate here yesterday. Unfortunately, it was way too crowded and noisy. The waiters were overwhelmed. It took almost an hour before they gave up on the food. Now for the food. The burgers were tasty and juicy. The fries weren't to our taste. The kids' menu is a joke. It's either frozen nuggets, frozen pizza, or pasta with ketchup. Why isn't there anything decent for the kids? When I go out to eat, I want my child to get something decent to eat, not this garbage. Two stars for the burgers and the Pepsi. But no reason to come back.
We go to the Road Stop once a month. Because it's an open-plan space, it's quite noisy. However, the service is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. The food is okay, but not exactly typical Bernese fare. We'll still go back next month for another meal. It's mostly Americanized food, which isn't really my thing. But for someone who likes that style, it's certainly good and fresh.
We came here on a Sunday afternoon without a reservation and found a free table and parking space, even though it was already very busy. The service was okay, even if no napkins were brought with us. We had a milkshake, coffee, nachos con questo, fries, and a burger. The atmosphere is good and somewhat reminiscent of diners in Arizona. The food, however, is unfortunately frozen food from Metro or similar. The fries are completely tasteless and are all short, making it the cheapest frozen food. The cheese sauce on the nachos tastes worse than any cheap sauce from a discount store, unfortunately. The burger is a pre-made sandwich. Overall, it's a shame, given the ambiance. If you're looking for truly freshly made American diner food, you should go to Smoke BBQ in Düsseldorf. At Roadstop, on the other hand, the advantage of the outdoor playground (weather permitting) is more worth it. Prices: At first, they seemed reasonable, but a meager portion of frozen fries for €4.95 is ultimately overpriced. A shame.
