I thought it was an error in the ordering system, as we had already paid via PayPal. I wanted to resolve the issue the following day via PayPal and first asked if we could still order something for pickup, but they actually said, No, we 're closing right away. And now comes the shocker: At 9:53 p.m., Ilan canceled our order. An absolute disgrace and a reason to never order from there again.
