The pasta was delicious, the steak was top-notch, and the chef's recommendation, the sea bass, was incredible! Unfortunately, I was so engrossed in the food that I forgot to take a picture. I only managed to snap a photo of the dessert, which seemed to dance in my mouth—so unique! We arrived early, before 6 p.m., and they specially accommodated us. Otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to eat because the restaurant was fully booked by 7:30 p.m. It's best to make a reservation.

But that's the problem: the taste was just OK. I think the ragù wasn't cooked long enough. It tasted half-cooked. I don't think that's acceptable for such an expensive restaurant! On the positive side: the olive oil was very good! So was the bread before serving. Otherwise... there's definitely room for improvement at this restaurant.

My dishes were of excellent quality, and the chef is ever-present, treating his guests warmly and amicably. Unfortunately, this treatment seems to be reserved exclusively for regulars. As a new guest, you really feel second-class. It's a shame, because it seriously detracts from the overall experience. And charging €12.50 a glass for wine certainly doesn't improve matters.
