I had the worst experience at KFC here. I was informed that the fryer was broken, which meant I couldn't order any chicken. When I asked why they were still open, the staff member couldn't provide an answer. I had ordered online and ended up spending 40 minutes waiting just to get my money back. My very first summer job was at this restaurant when I was 17 years old, and I was paid just $2.25 an hour. It’s hard to believe how hard I worked while a full-time employee barked orders at me; he earned $2.65 an hour, which gave him quite a bit of authority. Today's meal was the special 10-piece chicken bucket for $26.54, including taxes. The service was prompt, and the staff were friendly. This experience brought back so many fond memories from 40 years ago.
The food at this KFC is consistent with the usual offerings, but the front staff often appears to be in training or lacking sufficient experience. Additionally, the parking situation can be somewhat cramped.
I found something a bit off about this KFC. The taste didn't quite match the usual experience. KFC generally offers a consistent product, even if it's not the highest quality. While I understand it's fast food and I don't expect gourmet standards, this visit was surprisingly below their usual level of quality.
Foods always dry poor quality and not always what you ordered then the punk teenagers working there will argue with you I have stopped eatting there a lot less selection then other kfcs in Sudbury Last time they didn't even have cups got a cheap Styrofoam cup instead of a cup when I complained they basically said tough luck and thought it was funny. Not very clean and the a/c was on full right above you doesn't matter what booth your in bring a winter jacket.

I ordered two chicken combos for $16 each. Unfortunately, the bread was burnt, and the fries were both dry and burnt. I’m not satisfied with my experience.

The chicken tasted old and greasy, and the cashier seemed uninterested in being there. The entire experience was disorganized, leaving us standing around with no guidance. The fries were cold and unappetizing, and the Big Crunch was soft, cold, and dry. I was really looking forward to returning after several years, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed and won’t be coming back anytime soon. On top of everything, the parking was limited and hard to find at that time.
Food was good but the waiting time was disappointed. We felt sorry for the one waitress, she had to do it all preparing our meal. Two girls at the desk and a man in the back were dressed like waitress, but stayed around, had a laughter conversation instead of giving that one specific waitress a hand. Another customer who was beside us, said the same thing: it's my last time that I came for a meal

Don't come here. I got food poisoning 3 times here. first 2 times I thought it was bad luck but nope there is no way I can get food poisoning 3 times and it be bad luck. My belly started feeling like it was going to explode and I started pukeing. I drive an hour to get KFC and get food poisoning. DON'T COME HERE. The service at this restaurant is fantastic! The food is amazing and the staff always makes sure to have fresh fries ready for me when I visit.
Twice I went there thinking I 'd get a bucket of chicken for my family, and both times they said they ran out of chicken . How does Kentucky Fried Chicken run out of chicken that often???
The manager needs to go back to school to tell time. Summer hours 11am 9 pm means exactly that . From what I understand this is a regular thing with this manager . Time for a change
Its a KFC, the food is the same but ok, Ya gets what you pays for and its all good. I shall return again..
This situation is consistently late opening in the morning. at numerous places I waited with a group of people before I was finally admitted somewhere between 11:30 and midday. as far as I am concerned, this is an unacceptable way to lead a...franchise that has opened it around 11 o'clock, but never are deceptive and very frustrating for customers. in a case after the doors were unlocked, the situation ran out of the hawn when the second customer was served. the management must seriously check their hours of operation, the employees of the time plan earlier and ensure that their supply with huh is appropriate at opening.
