One customer was offended by the rude behavior of the staff and the lack of willingness to provide contact information for the corporate office or manager. Another customer had a similar experience with rude staff and soggy, barely edible food. However, other customers had positive experiences, noting the quick service and friendly staff. Despite the mixed reviews, many customers appreciate the convenience and affordability of Little Caesars for a quick meal on a budget.
The person who takes my order thought it would be a good idea to say "oh my gott" because I wanted to add an extra marinara sauce to my order. she was completely rude. they also didn't want to give me the number to the firm office or their boss.
This place is in order for fast pizza, unless it is sausage, then ask her to wait, change to pfefferminz and I am out. 681 for large pizza. You can't beat that.
Pizza was very good with plentiful beats. service was friendly and efficient. thank you.
The last double customer service was seriously missing. the first time I waited the drive thru. and waited no answer. I had to go to the window and place order. the employee said, “Oh, I didn’t hear you.” I was the only one who was there. I went back and no answer again. I said hi and she said "just a minute." we waited a few minutes and drove away without an order and there was only one car in front of us. if that is the way they treat pay customers I just go to pizza hat or dominos at least they have better customers. also recent times are young employees who are rude, arrogant, and really do not care about quality customer service.
Waited way way to long for aHot N ReadyShould be Hot Never Ever readyAlso well Waiting saw a worker toss at least 20 pizzas in the dumpster it's so sad ? all that food to waste especially with so so many less fortunate people walking around
