Domino's Pizza - Escondido

Although they were short staffed and my order was a few minutes late, they gave me the best customer service I've ever had at a Domino's. Before deciding to go there, I had first placed an online order to the domino's on Lincoln Ave in Escondido. I got there and the pizza order was still on a order received status. This was 25 mins after I placed the order. I went to go check in and the doors were locked but 3 employees were inside. Apparently they had closed and canceled my order when I let them know I had paid for it online. Anyway, the domino's here was super polite and the pizza was made perfect. I am definitely going there from now on.

The pizza here is always delicious! However, my last pickup experience left me questioning humanity. I ordered through the app, and the Pizza Tracker indicated that my pizza was being prepared. A few minutes later, it showed that my pizza was "in the oven." After about 10 minutes, I headed to the store, which is only a 5 to 6 minute drive. When I arrived and walked inside (I was the only customer there), the staff member told me that my pizza had just been placed in the oven and would take about 8 minutes to be ready. I was taken aback, as the Tracker had claimed it had been in the oven for over 15 minutes. When I mentioned this, he explained that they had received a lot of orders and that the Tracker isn't always accurate. What?! Not always accurate? I was shocked. In a world where few things are reliable, I've always trusted the Domino's Pizza Tracker. First, I found out the truth about Santa Claus, then the Easter Bunny, and discovered that diet soda really does taste different from the regular kind. Now, my faith in Domino's has been shaken as well. Nevertheless, I eventually got my pizza, and it was indeed very good.

They were incredibly backed up on pizzas, especially delivery. There just weren't enough people working BUT they were non stop trying to get pizzas made and sent out. We originally made an online order, ended up going there cus we were told of how backed up they were by one of the managers, and they ended up giving us our pizza discounted for the delay. At first I was upset, but I realize they are short staffed and doing literally everything they can to get orders done. They had several people waiting, phone calls constantly and yet they were pushing out pizzas like crazy. I know hard workers when I see them and while others are probably posting negative reviews out of anger, I realize these workers are in a difficult position and are doing what they can while still trying to maintain loyalty with their customers. Yes, we will deff order again, maybe just not on the weekends and we will call ahead to make sure they aren't swamped. To other customers, patience is key, but kindness goes a long way. Workers, keep it up! And Thank you!

The staff were incredibly friendly and everything was spotless. They worked well together as a team, which was nice to see. My little girl loved watching them make the pizza and when she asked the chef questions, they responded with kindness. I ordered two medium pizzas and a salad, all of which were delicious, and the prices were very reasonable for the meal bundles. Patience is key while waiting for your order, but during my wait, I enjoyed watching them prepare everything and noticed how the delivery person handled orders carefully to ensure timely delivery despite the busy rush. Don't forget to leave a small tip—it's well deserved!

I like dominos pizza if your hiring i like to be in the customer service rep. It’s just one whole pizza to me. I have service experience in the beginning I was used good. It be if it says I like you to go back to work. I had 3:00am to 12:00pm shifts wasn’t part time. Gotta see I got dental done i eat good I don’t do soda wrong working in a large store.
