Then my friend cal... read more Terrible service and terrible staff! I ordered food for 12:00, but unfortunately, it still hadn't arrived at 12:20. No one answered my calls. Then my friend called, and someone answered her phone immediately. When we asked when the food would arrive, they said the car was broken down. She then said we wanted a refund if the food didn't come, and suddenly the person on the phone said they didn't understand German and hung up. After several calls back and forth, they kept hanging up and saying they didn't understand anything. And all this despite us even giving them a tip to ensure it arrived on time.
