I was greeted by a lady with a strong accent and asked... read more I went to this restaurant around 7:30pm on August 10 and had a terrible experience that still upsets me. I was greeted by a lady with a strong accent and asked for a 12-inch Italian BMT on white Italian bread. Despite repeating my order multiple times, she still didn't understand and even laughed with another customer. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused, so I decided to leave. I have been to this restaurant many times before without issues, but this experience was enough to make me lose trust in their service. I ended up going to a different Subway franchise with a more respectful crew.

However, I do value the convenience of having a Subway inside Walmart, as it lets me shop and enjoy a Subway sandwich at the same time.

The employee mentioned that they had shut it... read more My wife ordered sandwiches, but after she placed her order, they informed us that the toaster had been turned off. The employee mentioned that they had shut it off 20 minutes before closing time. If that's the case, why not just close at 8:40 PM? It’s frustrating that they allowed us to place our order only to tell us afterward. This experience was terrible, and I felt cheated. I've never encountered anything like this at a Subway before. I would not recommend going here.
