Last time we ate here on Saturday, we had a very polite and good server. Service was fast and affective. The food was very good, although the bread sticks were a bit hard. I had the cheese ravioli and the black tie chocolate mousse cakes that were both very good
Excellent service and food. The Bartender from Puerto Rico is wonderful. She is professional, friendly, and fun. She executes her job better than any person I ever met. The food is always wonderful here.
Labor Day at about 630. Huge line out the door and an hour wait so we sat at the bar. Good choice on our part. The bartender/server was on it! Working like a crazy person yet keeping up with everything and had a smile to boot. BF had never ending soup and salad. I had a steak with fettuccine. We started with calamari and spiked strawberry lemonade. The calamari was PERFECT for us. Everything good. My steak cooked just as I ordered. Smallest critique for no dressing on the salad. But we probably don't need it! Other reason they missed 5 stars is lots of dirty tables/dishes sitting around. Lack of help probably the culprit there but still unappealing. Ended with tiny little mousse cakes that were just the right amount of dessert. Total $53. We tipped 25% cause Cory was killing it and we had a gift card to boot. Good experience!
Friday evening date night with husband and 20 yr. old niece. Service was friendly. There was no waiting for our table. Fresh breadsticks and soup were delicious as always. Waitress was spot-on. (Sorry I don't remember her name. Great dining!
I am not one to slander a business or be overly negative if it’s not earned. I did have a pretty annoying experience tonight at this location. I will say the food itself was delicious. I ordered the seafood alfredo. But my order was brought to my car 15 minutes past the time I was given. After food was brought to many cars who arrived after me, an employee stopped by my window to tell me mine was taking so long because someone spilled my side of ranch in my bag. So I waited some more. When my food came out, it was also with three other people’s orders. And I watched the same lady who let me know about the ranch walk up to every single car before mine and give these people their orders when I had been waiting the longest. Annoyingly, when I opened the bag to check my food there was ranch all over the containers and bag, AND the ranch cup. The ranch cup was also half full. Nothing was wiped and they didn’t even give me a new side of ranch. Instead of walking in and asking this business what they were actually doing in the 15 minutes of extra time that I waited, I took the food and drove home.
