K Q Grill - Erwinville

On Thursday afternoon, I tried the giant 22-ounce ribeye steak at this restaurant and it was phenomenal. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender, just as I had imagined. The baked potato was also carefully and perfectly prepared, with no hard spots or dirt, and not mushy like at other places. It was baked with the perfect balance of time and temperature. I didn't know anyone who worked there, or had ever worked there. We drove an hour and 20 minutes from home to try this steak, and it was definitely worth the trip and the money. While the prices are not cheap, it's true that cheap food isn't good quality. You get what you pay for. This was my first time trying the menu here, but I will definitely be back. If the restaurant weren't so far from my home, I would go back much more frequently. I highly recommend this place!

It was Crawfish Friday at KQ, and if you love your crawfish spicy, juicy, and easy to peel, this is the perfect place to satisfy your craving.

The restaurant was very inconsistent in all aspects. The nearby club Raxx was closed due to a murder in the parking lot. The last filet I ordered was not actually a filet, but a fatty Greek dish. My soda had sugar packets at the bottom of the polystyrene cup. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

A $20 cover charge? Seriously???? Totally not worth it! The KQ Grill in the bar was disappointing. The service was terrible and the food was even worse!

This is a cool place with amazing food. My daughter and I stopped in while passing through this lil town. We got the 22 oz ribeye and split it. This was the best tasting melt in your mouth steak I have ever eaten and I eat a lot of steak. I am going back and hopefully I get the same experience as the first.
