Kfc - Port Allen

I’m giving this place one star simply because I have to. The chicken wasn’t even coated properly. My order was wrong, so I had to go to the counter to ask for it. They just grabbed my food from the warmer and handed it to me without any apology. Everything was cold, and they gave me the same chicken that was supposed to be replaced. I didn’t even eat it. Avoid this restaurant!

The service was the worst I've ever experienced. The staff had an attitude when I tried to place my order and seemed irritated because I chose to dine in rather than use the drive-thru.

It took 34 minutes to receive my simple order, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. When my food finally arrived, the chicken tenders were only half the size of what was shown in the menu photos. The biscuit was stiff as a rock. The manager didn't make any effort to address my concerns. I highly recommend avoiding this place. I certainly won't be returning.

One of my favorite dishes is roasted chicken. KFC used to be the best, but I've noticed a decline in their management and staff quality.
