Parking lot was almost empty but I was worried they were closed cause there was a bit of trash in the lot. Front counter was pretty clean and three employees were standing there chatting, I was first and only customer for a while I guess. Staff was nice but not extraordinary. Expensive for just a burger and small fries and I can't believe for $8 I even got a small fry, seemed like half an order. Burger meat was over cooked, taste burnt on all edges. Dining room had no clean tables and the ketchup was out. To top it off my ice was dirty, before I poured a drink into the cup my ice had something black in it. I poured it out and tried again, this time it seemed clean, but cleaning should definitely be a managers #1 to do list at this location. Pretty upset because this was my last fast food meal for a long time.

They gave me what I specifically did not want so they can screw themselves 10 times over. Never come to this Hardee's location, they are idiots.

There's a sign at the entrance that says breakfast is served until 11 a.m., but that's not accurate. Most of the time, they run out by 10:31 and won’t prepare any more, which is a firm rule. There are plenty of other breakfast options available, so I’m done with Hardee's. Additionally, some employees who have been there for a long time are treated poorly by their supervisors, which is another downside.
