The food here is beyond inconsistent. This is one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to and the staff is extremely rude other than the manager at this location. I just received the wrong order, no straws and when I did get my order it was soaking wet with grease, inedible and the girl running drive through was angry when we asked for straws 1 star is generous honestly. I ordered an ice cream dessert with melted sugar and milk. My partner has allergies to preservatives. Unfortunately, they accidentally served us a coffee with liquid sugar that my partner is allergic to. We didn't realize the mistake until they took a sip.
It was 5:30 and I had been standing at this restaurant waiting to order for 10 minutes. A server finally came by and told me she would be right with me, but then proceeded to serve the customers in the drive-thru instead. It seems like the only priority here is the drive-thru or they simply do not care about their dine-in customers. First impressions are important and unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I will not be returning to this place.
I spoke with one of the employees, I believe his name is Bryce. He is a friendly young man and makes my coffee better than anyone else.

Do not order food here. I’ve tried a couple of times and everything is baked in a chemical bath and completely inedible. Your breakfast sandwich shouldn’t reak of ammonia. Whatever they are doing with cleaning and sanitizing their ovens, it’s going to poison someone eventually.
