Dunkin' - Erving

I ordered an ice cream dessert with melted sugar and milk. My partner has allergies to preservatives. Unfortunately, they accidentally served us a coffee with liquid sugar that my partner is allergic to. We didn't realize the mistake until they took a sip.

It was 5:30 and I had been standing at this restaurant waiting to order for 10 minutes. A server finally came by and told me she would be right with me, but then proceeded to serve the customers in the drive-thru instead. It seems like the only priority here is the drive-thru or they simply do not care about their dine-in customers. First impressions are important and unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I will not be returning to this place.

I spoke with one of the employees, I believe his name is Bryce. He is a friendly young man and makes my coffee better than anyone else.

One of the worst dunkins I’ve ever been to. The service literally could not be slower and this is always the case on every shift no matter what. Drive through and in store are equally intolerable in terms of waits. Also, they never have any actual donuts! I ordered a dozen today and they could barely fill the order with scraps of the worst donuts they had. They didn’t even have regular glazed donuts, name any flavor you enjoy, and I guarantee they did not have it. I would like for a donut store to have donuts to sell.

The staff were nice enough but I ordered a bagel lightly toasted with butter and got a blackened bagel loads with a puddle of butter and zero napkins (see attached photos). Could not eat it and got butter on my pants with no way to clean it up.
