Staff much friendlier than the Greenville, NC location! Restaurant also much cleaner

I once was the biggest fan of Chipotle, and encouraged everyone to try them. However the last few years have shown a chain in decline. Some stores are worse than others, but nearly every visit is worse than the last.This specific location was ok at best. Food was ok, but not great and not exactly as ordered. Plus the guy making mine got sour cream and beans on the outside of the shell, knew it, and just passed it off anyhow. So I ended up with a damp sticky burrito.Staff seemed unmotivated and hardly rushed in the least. This type of unmotivated amd poorly trained staff seems typical these days.

First time eating at the restaurant it was delicious! Will be back.

Can youbplease tell.me why a place of business doesn't have change, it's nit my place as a customer to run your business I use cash because it's still good as fat as I can remember. Everyone does not put small items on their card do your job have change, oh don't worry about it you have lost my business over $0.27 really have a nice day
