I’m less concerned abo... read more Update: The new morning staff aren't the best. They’re slow, rude, and almost bark orders through the speaker, which is very off-putting. I’m less concerned about speed and more about the way customers are treated right from the start. I highly recommend having someone more personable and polite handle the window and take orders. The previous team was incredibly friendly and engaging—I can’t count how many times they’ve brightened my day with their kindness, jokes, and excellent food and service. I suggest visiting in the morning, as the evening staff can be quite lackluster.

They know my order by heart—two medium frozen hot chocolates, one with whipped cream and one without—and they always get it just right! The location is a bit hard to spot from the street since it's inside a Sunoco gas station. The space inside is very small, only room for a few people, so we always use the drive-thru. The products taste great, and the drinks are fantastic. We've never had a bad experience here, and I'm happy to drive the extra distance to visit!

Some days they’re really quick, while other times I find myself waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-thru because it seems like no one is attending to it. I want to add an update: several months later, the staff has really slowed down. They seem to be ignoring the drive-thru, and once you're further in, it's difficult to back out if there are more cars ahead of you. At this point, I’m seriously considering avoiding this Dunkin altogether because of how slow they’ve become.

I ordered a pumpkin... read more I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member was quite rude, which set a negative tone right from the start. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte, but it was so bitter that it didn’t taste like pumpkin spice at all. It actually made me feel quite ill, and I couldn't eat or drink anything for the rest of the day. It was truly awful. Additionally, I observed that they don’t change their gloves after handling garbage. I’ve been a regular customer for a while, but after this visit, I won’t be returning.
