There seems to be a lack of competent management... Some of the waitresses are really overwhelmed, some are still super nice and hard-working, but some of the ladies can see the boredom written on their faces. Ordering process is different with the same service at 2 tables next to each other. The guests to our right came with us and were allowed to order drinks and food from the waitress at the same time; we only ordered drinks as there was otherwise a risk that the food would be on the table beforehand. So we only ordered the food after the first drinks were almost empty. Somehow the personal touch is missing now. There doesn't seem to be any of the old staff there anymore. Canteen romance. With us it's not just the eyes that eat, but also the feeling of well-being...
