Today I went to ask about these offers, as the flyers had disappeared (as if they didn't want me to notice the offers). I was told that they had no knowledge of them and could only offer me the daily deals.

He said he wasn't interested,... read more I ordered food and received a delivery for another customer. When I complained, I encountered an extremely rude man on the phone. He said he wasn't interested, that it was the driver's fault, and that he had better things to do than talk to me. Then he simply hung up. What was particularly concerning from a data privacy perspective was that the actual customer's contact details, including her phone number, were clearly printed on the delivery.

When we asked if t... read more The guy in there is awful, he's not busy and completely overwhelmed. We pre-ordered and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. When we asked if the order was ready, we were snapped at, told he was alone and very busy, even though our bag had been sitting behind the till for 10 minutes. We continued to be ignored and then accused of not giving our names. Perhaps the staff needs better training.
