However, I have to address one important criticism: There's unfortunately only one vegan option on the menu. In times when plant-based alternatives are readily available everywhere, I find that a real shame—and, frankly, outdated. Vegan cuisine is no longer a niche topic, but a necessity for the environment, animals, and health. Many dishes could be suitable for vegans with minimal adjustments, without compromising on taste or variety. I sincerely hope that the restaurant offers more vegan options in the future—that would be a real benefit for all guests and an important sign of sustainability
