You would be doing yourself a favor by passing up on 3 Roses and trying out Rena's instead. The service is great and they serve authentic dishes. We enjoyed a delicious biryani and korma, and will definitely be trying out the other dishes on our next visit. I've heard that their slowly boiled biryani is a standout dish, but keep in mind that group bookings and placing your order in advance is necessary to enjoy this specialty.

Unfortunately on one occasion we were told our food would be ready in 20 minutes. When we arrived they told us it would be out soon. The food...didn't come out for at least another hour, and they didn't give us any indication it was running so far behind. We were punished for being so patient and only complaining after 30 minutes of waiting. The other 5 customers also appeared to have been exorbitant times. If you are looking for excellent curry in the east you must try Haveli curry in Firle. We only went there after the above experience but best decision we made. Amazing butter chicken, dal makhani. Went back to 3 roses to see if it had improved and got a half filled container, and definitely not as good.

Nothing was to much trouble. Attention given to our flavour preferences. Will be recommending the 3 Roses to all friends and family. Good time had by all. We...will be back.
