Silver Tree Cafe' - ERINA

Food was alright although the staff were pretty average, had a nice vibe to cafe with the decorations/design layout

I eat in this wonderful cafe on a regular basis. My wife and I enjoy the freshness and quality that never changes. Pleasant staff and nothing is a problem Will continue visiting regularly. Neil

My daughter and I have previously been to this cafe a number of times and have been completely satisfied with service and food but NOT this morning!!!Staff were extremely pissed off when told that the iced coffee was too sweet...so sweet my daughter could not drink it...we also had raison toast this was presented dripping in margarine...very bad reaction when I suggested they would do better to serve butter on the side!!

I was at this cafe a few weeks ago & I'll never go back there. I ordered raisin toast & a pot of tea. I drank the 1st cup slowly & when I was ready for the 2nd, my toast still hadn't arrived. l went to the counter & politely inquired about the toast. The woman was so rude I literally took a step back from the counter. Her aggressive reply was "did you ASK for the tea & toast to be served at the same time?" I said I didn't think I needed to. She said, "well if you WANT things to be served together you need to say so when you order! " And she curtly walked off to the kitchen. My toast arrived, piping hot about 2 minutes later. On paying my bill, the same woman served me. She didnt say a single word as she plonked my change into my hand. RUDE !!!!. That woman should NOT be in customer service.The other staff were lovely, but the older woman needs to learn some manners.

Walked in to cafe, got told by wait staff to take a seat and that its table service. After 15mins of waiting a staff member finally came and got our order. As i have a 3 year old son we wanted to have some lunch but we waited to long so just ordered coffees and some chips. My son recieved his baby chino which he accidently spilt, one of the staff saw this but did not acknowledge or even offer to help. The chips then came out, no napkins, no sauce or cutlery was given. The custoner service was terrible and menu over priced. This is a cafe were the staff do not care....which is very sad.Definitely will not be going back.
