My daughter and I have previously been to this cafe a number of times and have been completely satisfied with service and food but NOT this morning!!!Staff were... read more My daughter and I have previously been to this cafe a number of times and have been completely satisfied with service and food but NOT this morning!!!Staff were extremely pissed off when told that the iced coffee was too sweet...so sweet my daughter could not drink it...we also had raison toast this was presented dripping in margarine...very bad reaction when I suggested they would do better to serve butter on the side!!

I had a blueberry muffin that was loaded with blueberries! My daughter enjoyed the scones, although they were small, they were delicious and came with plenty of jam and cream.

I approached them for a refund, but was told that they were re-making the meal and would not provide a refund, which I did not even request. When I attempted to film the interaction with the unfriendly cook who came over to intimidate us, he tried to physically take my phone from me. The situation could have been easily resolved with better customer service, rather than resorting to intimidation and illegal activities by the employees and managers of this cafe. While the other food and drinks were enjoyable, their unprofessional reaction to a simple meal return was unacceptable.
