We were in Erie and looking for a nice dinner and located Cork. The place is new and beautiful. The hostess greeted us promptly and seated us in a very nice quiet room. Chelsea the waitress was very attentive and cheerful. My wife had the Wedding soup and salad which she said was delicious. I had the crab bisque and grilled asparagus which were well prepared and very tasty. I had cheesecake for dessert. It was light and fluffy and a delight to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to returning.
