I ordered a tomato basil grilled cheese, and it took an unusually long time to get it. When it finally arrived, I noticed it had two strips of bacon on it. I used to really enjoy this Dunkin', but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. I've found coffee grounds at the bottom of my drinks, and some of the employees have been quite rude. Most of the time, I feel rushed when I arrive, and my drinks are often not filled all the way—there's usually about a quarter of the cup that remains empty.
I gave her a one-star rating this time because the drink was not even drinkable. If I'm paying $5 for a coffee, I expect it to be made correctly. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, but there was no flavor and it didn't even taste like coffee—there was no espresso at all. When customers are paying $5 for a coffee, the least you can do is get it right.
On December 11, 2022, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Every employee inside seemed more focused on having fun than serving customers. We waited over ten minutes for two drinks, and after calling for Marcie three times, she finally approached us, only to walk away again after asking what we were waiting for. She handed us one drink but didn't bring the other, which took an additional five minutes to prepare. When I finally received my large peppermint mocha latte, it was only half full, which was ridiculous. There was a complete lack of manners; my boyfriend said thank you, and the employee just walked away without saying anything, clearly annoyed that we were there. From what I've read in other reviews, it seems this behavior is common, as we noticed several employees whispering, sharing secrets, and laughing while staring at us. Marcie was among them, displaying very unprofessional behavior. I wouldn't recommend this place!
The coffee was excellent and served hot, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Food rating: 4/5.
