I don’t know if it’s the magic of the personal or the pure warmth of joan itself, but joan’s on third is the welcoming hidden gem they need with this mother pop family, which is in the family and family-friendly Deli/Friend/Cafe. a long time ago. certain place certain time ..if you were not at j on t, you might ask yourself, joan is at third where you hide my whole life. the moment you finally make. so many tasty bites of all sorts, baked, candied, deli-ed. and beyond! This all-day gourmet coffee is a kind, not including its sister location in studio city. the quality that goes into the service and the upkeep is beyond inviting, personable and positiw. they have salty, sweet and classic go to snacks like mixed buts, mandling, cheese, cracker and cake just to name a few. joan’s even offers a suppe of the day, a full of salads, frozen items, food items and even wine. the garden veggie bagel sandwich (100% vegan item) was probably one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. unpredictable due to a mix I could not try this dish because of my allergy for some multicorn/everything bagels (which mainly with sunflower seeds). I guess that's one of those things that can't be changed, but they gave us back and gave me a free bagel on the house that was pretty fresh, well roasted and delicious. they also have some killer hash brews and the variety of natural vegetable eating as well as from 9/10AM to 4pm daily (with removal of montages). my friend art had the buttermilk pfannkuchen (only available at the weekend), very rich and fuffy and the coffee was just perfect in cold brown form. I have to meet joan who could brighten up the whole 3rd street. it ensures that everyone from the customer is happy to adapt to their employees who seem like family to her. this is a great mother a pop family style room with so much charm and grace warm as well as hospitality. the parking lot is extensive road, although not bad at all and definitiw the trip worth and just a short walk from or from the grove.

I walked in and was a star truck as if brad pit stood in front of me almost. what isaw was a kaseful of amazing cheese, baguettes and the ambiente. it was obvious that this place did everything right. I love fire. that is the French quality all, from the baked, until I had a chance to chat with joan the owner and she describes eating as American comfort. I would say that almost download the height of the diner, service and menu selection. wonderful. this place is classified as my la wonderful

Delicious self-selection salad this is a great place for healthy delicious salads. we have six small salads at 6 dollars each, which were more than enough for two people

Go for breakfast, lunch, snack or coffee and... Great selection of cheeses, preserves, spices and much, much more. Order at the counter, sit for prompt service. Corned beef hash seasoned to perfection with no grease! Delightful biscuits... Espresso drinks... don't miss this delicious choice!

Joans on Third is so perfectly West Hollywood! Heaps of seating indoors and outdoors. Plenty of goodies to buy and look at, and the food is fabulous. An ideal set for breakfast, Brunch or an afternoon catch up. And I have to mention the Chinese Chicken Salad!!!! Perfect spot, lovely staff, great food!
