Foods good but the drive through is way to absurdly slow. I'm writing this as I'm waiting to take my order. I decided to do this 5 min after the fact. This isn't the first time it's taken forever to get through the drive through. View all feedback.
First I was in drive thru did not move so then I went inside I was the only person in line waited at least 10 minutes people behind me left I asked about service finally took my order 2 blizzard's I asked if they would be made right away she said no they do doordash first I asked for a refund so she made them I was always taught you waited on the customer that was there first I won't go back
They skip over placed ahead mobile orders and make you wait. They never can keep up with orders. Always backed up. Cost more than on Pine Ave. mess up orders.
My ice cream was good. but drive-through line wrapped around the building so we went in there’s two people inside it took over an hour for them to give me the other person the one blizzard. As the drive-through was still wrapped around the building
95% of the time has very good ice cream and food, nice employees, decent wait time, if there is a wait it's usually worth it. Sometimes but hardly ever the ice cream is weird and not made right but has only happened here a few times. I always go to this one over any other one near me.
The ice cream was great. The service was too buy a little slow for being short staffed. I would recommend this Dairy Queen but only if you have patience.
