Model has always been my favourite place as I love the kebab wraps! I ordered fish today and fish cake and a large chips. The chips only served 2 people, most of the chips was hard, the fish cake had a texture like it had been microwaved, the fish was mostly batter and had a microwaved like texture. I will definitely be getting kebab again but nothing else. Really disappointed as it’s usually amazing. Also had to wait 2 hours.
Great chippy. Food always pipping hot. Great value for money. Good choice of food from chip shop food to pizzas
Placed an order at 17:54- said there would be a 35min wait. Rang back at 18:45 as the order wasn’t here yet, they said there was a delay and that our order had been started, be approx 30 min. We then waiting another hour before ringing again only to be told “sorry we haven’t started it yet it’ll be around 45 minutes”. Unacceptable service. Used to like this chip shop now the service is just shoddy and unprofessional.
Fantastic food everytime. Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere.
New owners took over and reopened. Good service and pleasant staff
