I gave it 1 star but would give it zero if I could. I ordered a vegetarian meal and they sent me meat. When I called to inform them of the mistake, they didn't mention a refund. They sent out another meal, which also had meat in it. This isn't the first time our order has been wrong. I won't be ordering from here again. Their customer service is terrible, and I'm now waiting for a refund.

By the time the correct order arrived, everything else on my plate was already cold. I ended up throwing everything away and am still waiting for my refund. The person on the phone was unhelpful and even abusive. I definitely will not be using this restaurant again. After a long and exhausting day, all I wanted was my meal, but I had to go without and am now out of money. I feel like I was duped. I highly recommend avoiding this place and being cautious as a customer.

Unfortunately, the nuggets were tough and even the manager agreed that the chips were not good. My special fried rice was also disappointing, with fatty pork and hard rice covered in an unappetizing sauce. This was not my first bad experience, but I'm not sure why I decided to give the restaurant another chance. The manager took the meals back, promising to let me know her decision the next day, but I never heard back. I will be sticking with China Red, located across the road.

The di... read more I order here often and the food is perfect full traditional dishes that offer colour and flavour I especially recommend the chips they complete the meal. The dish I order was king prawn battered balls sweet sour sauce. The sauce was easy to dip with and conditancy was nice. The prawn batter was light fluffy and held the prawn well, i espically like the fact they remove the prawn poo from prawn as most Dont and adds a horrible flavour as you can imagine. Most people in food know this and so do Sun do, so no nasty surprises. The price is reasonable and the online order was easy to conduct using their site as it offer more volosaity when ordering. The delivery was fast and friendly and as a food blogger I would recommend. They do offer vegetarian options and also meal deals, so children’s options available. All in all my experience was perfect enjoying fresh and delicious Chinese and Cantonese food delivered to my door. Thank you Sun Do Bear from trusted eatery.

You could taste a lot of time and effort was put into making the food. Would recommend
