At the third time, they always get a freebie that is appreciated. we have been wrong tonight, missed an article and the pancake rolls had meat in it. not good,... read more At the third time, they always get a freebie that is appreciated. we have been wrong tonight, missed an article and the pancake rolls had meat in it. not good, but mistakes happen, a phone call and replacement here in 20 minutes, very fast to fix the problem, replacement van pancake roll frozen in the middle. that was even nicer, despite the little swallowing. kudos in the restaurant to do their best to correct.

I gave it 1 star but would give it zero if I could. I ordered a vegetarian meal and they sent me meat. When I called to inform them of the mistake, they didn't mention a refund. They sent out another meal, which also had meat in it. This isn't the first time our order has been wrong. I won't be ordering from here again. Their customer service is terrible, and I'm now waiting for a refund.

By the time the correct order arrived, everything else on my plate was already cold. I ended up throwing everything away and am still waiting for my refund. The person on the phone was unhelpful and even abusive. I definitely will not be using this restaurant again. After a long and exhausting day, all I wanted was my meal, but I had to go without and am now out of money. I feel like I was duped. I highly recommend avoiding this place and being cautious as a customer.
