We had a great chippy here. All the the food was freshly made so was hit when we got home. It was all tasty. One thing to bare in mind is that is it cash only. We would definitely return.

Unfortunately, on a recent visit, we experienced the common chip shop practice of serving food that had been sitting out since lunchtime. The chips and chicken we were served were lukewarm and clearly not fresh. It was a disgusting experience. My wife returned the food and requested a refund, which was reluctantly given by the owner who then told us never to come back. Rest assured, we will not be returning. If a restaurant is so desperate that they serve reheated lunchtime food, I would recommend avoiding it altogether. This place clearly recycles their food.
I always try to limit how often I eat Fish and Chips, so finding the perfect one is important to me. I have never had a disappointing takeaway experience.
