When I arrived I waited 10 minutes to order and when I started speaking in English (because I'm not from Germany) and they just laughed at me, I saw that they understood but they didn't want to speak in English lady with black hair just laughed at me and the order alone took 15 minutes. When I received the order, almost everything was wrong (I got the menu without pizza and sides, the sauces were wrong). I hope someone finally learns English
