Clean room, quiet, working air conditioning (for a fee) amazing customer service, and always a smile! We loved it, we will definitely visit and stay at Central Borház in the future. The breakfast is decent, freshly prepared, a bit boring, but the service comes with a great smile thank you Krisztina which makes the meal more delightful. The espresso is fairly good. I have book a room in this hotel via email for the 2nd night of stay during my Budapest visit unfortunately due to business reasons customer cancel the job so I was supposed to stay there only 1 night instead of 4. The manager complained that she doesnt care if my business is cancelled and demanded to get paid 3 of the 4 nights and that due to that next time i would come to them i would have to pay for the whole dura...
