I was very disappointed with the hotel because the service was very slow. In the end, there was no food left and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast salon was terrible, everything was served cold. The staff was rude and spoke to customers as if they were scolding them. The tea, eggs, and toast... read more The breakfast salon was terrible, everything was served cold. The staff was rude and spoke to customers as if they were scolding them. The tea, eggs, and toast we ordered were all cold. When we mentioned this to the server, they simply said, "You'll have to manage like this, we don't have anyone else." This level of absurdity is completely unacceptable for a hotel like this.
