Walking with children from Alpe del Viceré. In just over an hour you get to this very nice, rustic and with a beautiful view. Good dishes, plentiful and really friendly service at adequate prices View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Capanna Mara. Erba. Erba Ristoro:
two absolutely negative notes: you can not pay with the cards and the menu with the prices is not exposed. a plate of lazzoccheri, a polenta with stew of deer, two slices of cake, two coffees, 1/4 of wine and water 42,50 euros. the portions were adequate food and good, but for a shelter the prices are decidedly high. First of all, thanks to the managers who even without having cash with us and not accepting electronic payments them (for lack of network) have come to meet us to solve and have made us equally sit to eat. Classic cabin food, good but especially cheap. It's just a shame the little choice. Service quite fast but chaotic view also the super turnout. Beautiful stone-out tables that allow the self-service “a tray”.
Fast service, friendly mountain room with friendly staff and especially a great stink with polenta at an honest price, especially for the really generous portion! !
During the Grand Tour of Bolettone, we stopped for lunch at the Mara hut. I haven't had lunch here for 30 years. Since then management has definitely changed. They brought us simple dishes, but well prepared and served with celerity. The environment is clean, warm and tidy: the fireplace was on, because despite still warm, as soon as the sun hides you realize you are in October. The roasted veal with polenta deserves a commendation for its tenderness. The sbrisolona made in the house, accompanied by coffee made with moka, clearly closed the lunch. The extreme kindness and affability of the staff make forget some small imperfections (the grated grana on the noodles to the ragù . Open on Wednesdays and weekends. Vivamente recommended; very low prices.
