I was unable to walk after an operation. Rooms service first sent me meat burger when I ordered vegetarian. Then next day the restaurant is not available for hotel guests. Cannot order room service either and now I'm stuck.

We booked 5 rooms for 3 nights and the rooms were very spacious, but outdated.The receptionist Mr Speck needs to be reviewed for his attitude towards guests (es... read more We booked 5 rooms for 3 nights and the rooms were very spacious, but outdated.The receptionist Mr Speck needs to be reviewed for his attitude towards guests (especially woth foreign attire) . They didnt clean our rooms for 3 days, didnt change the towels ,bathroom's doors were not shutting in 2 of the rooms due to water ingress in doors, lifts were out of order (we had carry our luggage fmto upper floors). When confronted, the Receptionist Mr Speck was very rude and tried to brush off everything. Not worthy paying €150 a night for a room. For this Price you can book a 5 star Hotel with excellent service.

E... read more Im Hotel Ramada gelegen, handelt es sich um das zweite Restaurant. Die Küche versteht sich auf Regionales, klassische Suppenauswahl, die Zwiebelsuppe war gut. Es wurden beim Rind verschiedene Steakqualitäten angeboten; das T-Bone-Steak war wirklich lecker mit deftigen Beilagen, die Bedienung nett, die Weinkarte bot in roter und weißer Hinsicht eine durchdachte Auswahl mit regionalem Schwerpunkt (Rieslinge aus dem Rheinbereich, Spätburgunder, Ausweichmöglichkeiten nach Frankreich). Insgesamt empfehlenswert und reichlich.

Guter und so freundlicher Service und das Essen war frisch und lecker! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Empfehlenswert!
