This always goes reihum, the one gives the meeting place and time before the arrival of all (6 former colleagues) to a place he selected. This time we met in Widsachsen, after which we went with 2 cars to Eppstein where we went after approx. 15 minutes drive to the restaurant Fischbachtal. The parking lot was almost booked and so had to be in the 2nd. You can park a row that was not so legal. The restaurant is located on a through road and, according to our colleague, is no longer a secret tip. You can see this at the well-stocked parking lot as well as the places in the restaurant were as good as barely free. The cultivated tent had been brought to a pleasant room temperature with installed heaters on Thursday. We had even asked to turn the spotlight back into our seating area, which was also regulated with a radio remote control. After the assignment of our table we received the card with an additional leaflet of daily dishes. We had a very attentive, friendly and competent serviceman. After a short time, we were able to give up our drinks and, after serving the drinks, give up our food wishes. Shortly afterwards we got a small bread basket with a very tasty hot sliced bread. Then there was a greeting from the kitchen with a bruschetta, which was also very good. After a pleasant waiting period, all their dishes had been served, there were two X lasagna, 1 X penne with ???, 1 X calf liver from the grill, 1 X seed tongue fillet with green pepper sauce and for me there were tagliatelle with shrimp and mushrooms. I was very happy with my choice, the shrimps and mushrooms were crushed, and the Tagliatelle pleasantly al dente. I liked the court very well. The dish stand with 16,50 € and a 0.5l wheat beer with 5€ in the map. The ambience we found pleasant and would come back if it results. All colleagues were very happy with their dishes, one of the Lasagne Esser would have imagined a somewhat larger one. But then he was able to balance this with the cake buffet and coffee at the welcoming colleague at home???? After dinner we had made a small trip to the excursion destination Kaisertempel, from here you have a great view over Eppstein and the surrounding area in beautiful weather.
