Not sure why the quality has gone so far down for the last few months. Coating on chicken leaves a lot to be desired. Not much of that. Chips rather soggy nd undercooked. Staff have a problem getting orders right. Trainee staff not supervised. It's only a reasonable takeaway if you can consume and enjoy the food.
Check your order! Usually get something wrong when going through dr ice through. Chips tend to be a bit soggy , I always ask for fresh. Quick service,
Asked for chicken twister I get cold chicken and ham twister .. asked for Sunkist I get pepsi .. asked for salt they don't have any .. chicken pieces were raw and **** ..all food were cold ..KFC epping SUCKS
Ordered 15 piece chicken . Chicken was the worst I ever had soggy , oily skin and seasoning very oily threw it out never again . Coleslaw container was open chips under cooked and no seasoning .
Ordered on Deliveroo, but your restaurant was clossed so I found out latter, after waiting a hour then had to spend 30 mins on phone to Deliveroo trying to convince them and screenshot and send pics of your opening hours. Maybe try turning off your store on Deliveroo when you close. Might save a heap of upset customers. Not impressed
