First time burger was cold (I live 5 mins away)... read more In the past 4 weeks I have made the mistake of going through the Drive through here at 9.30pm on a Monday night. First time burger was cold (I live 5 mins away). It must have been cold when they put it in the bacg, surely they could feel that! I rang the store, spoke to the manager, he couldn't understand my problem, said come back and get it replaced, yeah right, 10.00pm, he offered me a replacement within a few days, didn't take up the offer. Second time I asked that it be hot as last time it was cold. Yes it was hot but the bun was tough, must have been stale, couldn't eat it, 2nd one in the bin. Third time last night, had a wait so thought they must have been making it, no problem it would be hot. But no cold again, stone cold. Next time will go back to Mill Park store, food always nice and hot, and once again, 5 mins from home.

The High st, Melton Vic Hungry Jack's apart from The Lovely Manager Carmen, who was so Kind and Understanding on the phone with my complaint, Carmen the Manager is an Asset to Hungry Jack's Melton, Wrong order. Long Wait, I Went to Hungry Jack's Melton again order AGAIN Wrong. Different Manager, but I don't blame him, it's the staff. Please up your Game Melton Hungry Jack's.
