This was not great but to mak... read more I was at this venue and it has a reputation of having terrible service. The service was very slow even though it wasn’t that busy. This was not great but to make the evening worse the manager was going to the kitchen and ignored picking...up plates on his way there. One of his staff members asked why didn’t he help as he was going to the kitchen anyway and he unbelievably and rudely said out loud “ That’s what you get paid for that’s your job not mine “ My friends and I were gobsmacked. We will not be going back even though it’s a local venue for us.

The chips were luke warm and more importantky... read more Went for a lunchtime meal. Ordered food when it arrived two of the three meaks ordered were tirally beliw average. The chips were luke warm and more importantky the chicken still cold in the middle in one meal the second meal the chicken on scewers...were only just luke warm. When we finally licated the manager she was quite i dignant and saud we can only cook at the temperature set by the company???????? Not good enough food has to be cooked thoroughly and not served undercooked in the middle and served warm. Begrudgingly was offered a replacement no apology Will not be returning very dissapointing. out of dinners inedible despite being very basic fried food.

Always a friendly atmosphere, great staff, usually fast service, very tasty food and brilliant selection of drinks. Have to give a big shout out to Jamie who is by far our favourite...staff member, he knows how to have a good laugh, some banter and make a good cocktail
