Seems to be a franchise and typical of the Subway model. Shame they do not take American Express cards, unlike other franchises. Now offering pre-order for collection and also part of the delivery apps

Rudest staff I've ever known, they rush your order and told me I couldn't upgrade the cup drinks to bottle drinks even though there was a sign on the counter which said I could and a fridge full of them, barely any filling in the subs
Very aggressive towards me whilst ordering and sold stale cookies
Placed an online order that should have been delivered by 6:50, it wasn 't. I called through at 7:15pm and was rudely told we 're closed now, your order has gone cold and we 've thrown it out, it 's not my problem . The only issue is that I can 't give them zero stars.
