Friendly staff and good food! There is a very large selection of food on the menu so there is something for everyone. The only things that lets this place down is, how loud it gets. Was in tesco super store, and one of the shefs, decided to pick a fight with me, because I reported their restaurant for being unhygienic and having rats and cockroaches in the establishment, so take a wide birth from this place. On arriving was told once seated that there were no pizzas or garlic bread due to having no staff able to operate the oven which if we had been told when we booked could have chosen to go somewhere else as it meant that some of us had to order a different meal The portions of pasta were very small and there were only 3 small meatballs with one of the pasta dishes. The seafood risotto had only one prawn in it and 3 out of the five mussels could not be opened which means that they were not cooked properly. None of the waiters checked to see if everything was ok with our food and we had to wait 20 minutes between the first courses and the mains even though it wasn’t busy in there They also wanted us to pay a £10 service charge with the bill stating that there were 6 people but one of them was only 7 years old so shouldn’t have been included as an adult When we refused to pay the service charge the waiter was very rude and did not even apologise for the poor standard of food and service! I would never go back to this restaurant again or recommend to others as there was not one thing any of us liked about it!
The food at this restaurant was good, but the service was terrible and the attitude, especially from the manager, was very poor. We waited for over an hour and a half for our food with no apology. A tip should be given at the discretion of the customer. If customers are not happy with the service, it should be removed from the bill instead of forcing them to pay. As a result, they have lost seven potential future customers.
