We enjoyed our meal. The sea bass was delicious. However, the service was a bit slower than usual which was a bit worrying as we had to go to a meeting after our meal.There were also a few noisy children quite near our table which spoilt our enjoyment of the meal but I guess that can't be helped. My man and I enjoyed a nice lunch in epping prezzo today. it's great to open you again! eating was delicious, drinks appetising and service top notch. we would like to highlight the service we receive from marietta. it was attentive, friendly and...efficient, without being intrusive. they knew when we should check if we need something and when we can enjoy our meal. perfect! their friendliness and their desire to make our experience a pleasant one was very appreciated. it was nice to share their experience of strange times in which we find ourselves with the covid virus. in these difficult times she worked hard to do her best and we wish her all good for the future. she deserves success and becomes a shiny star in prezzo or in any other restaurant. it was great to be served by someone so well-kept and imaginable. She loves her job. thanks for a super lunch. we look forward to the return.
I wanted to celebrate my daughter for birthday. no need to make us welcome. in ordering food I had several allergies to which the waitress had a lot, I could not keep less and did not try to take knowledge. I asked. to have my burger without a bunk, to which they answered sarcastically, they cannot replace brot for extra meat or pommes.' I was just wondering if I didn't want the rolls to save the wasted and felt like a cheap skate. convicted a level of racists particularly underlined their attitude to the Caucasian customers. very unpleasant meal and waitress took over 30 minutes to bring bill, as ignored my repeated attempts to get their attention. while waiting for bill, my family left the restaurant to get away from the nasty environment. finally, when I got the bill waitress, asked for a tipp! shocking. wanted to complain, but as a daughter birthday wanted to avoid a scene.
Visited early evening and it was quiet. Staff were nice and attentive and the place was clean. Food was basic with wafer thin pizzas. I had the spicy Calzone which appeared to be a spicy bolognese sauce rather than a clear selection of meats I've...had in other places.
Nice way to spoil a 50th birthday. An hour before all was going I got a message left saying “ Due to a technical problem in the kitchen we are closed” Now looking for somewhere else to go celebrate wife’s 50th birthday. To say I...won’t go back is an understatement

We had an early dinner for four people. The children's meals were only £1, which was a great deal! We enjoyed delicious pasta, drinks, and desserts. The service was good. We definitely plan on returning!
This place is gorgeous. The food is excellent here. I have been here a few times and what's so great about this place is that you can use a loyalty card for a buy one, get one free option. I was very satisfied from the appetizers to the desserts. And the prices are very reasonable.
I go to this wonderful restaurant every few days because I love the good air that is unique to this place. The crew is very loving and professional. The service is fast. Most important is the food you get. I visited more than once and I was always thrilled. The effort is available again. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.
We have been frequenting this restaurant for years as a family, whether it's for a birthday dinner or a romantic dinner for two. The ambiance is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. The management is very good, and the employees appear to be happy in their workplace. The food is delicious.
