I've been a coffee drinker for a long time and I noticed that Dunkin' donuts is watering down their coffee which doesn't taste as good as it used to
COFFEE GRINDS IN MY COFFEE. VERY SLOW. ASST MGR WAS THE AGE OF MY DAUGHTER. THEY DIDNT APOLOGIZE OR ADDRESS THE ISSUE..JUST KEEP SERVING IT TO PEOPLE BEHIND US. If I could give it no stars I would.
I have an English with Bac egg and chz. was made with love! and it's the only dunks on the planet with gas for sale!
I was the only customer in line and ordered a bagel, requesting it to be well done with extra cream cheese. Unfortunately, I received a cold bagel that was not toasted at all and had just about a tablespoon of cream cheese on it. I was very disappointed!
I received completely inadequate service. At the counter, I was told that they were only serving customers through the drive-thru or kiosks. When my coffees were finally delivered, the person who brought them had a very unfriendly attitude.
